The stuff that's been
on your list too long.
Small repairs, fixture swaps, things that are broken or just annoying. If it needs fixing around the house, there's a good chance I can handle it.
Leaky faucets, running toilets, and fixture replacements. The stuff you've been putting off.
Light fixtures, ceiling fans, outlets, and switches swapped out safely and cleanly.
Holes patched and finished so you can't tell they were ever there.
Sticking doors, broken latches, worn weather-stripping, and hardware replacements.
Dishwashers, microwaves, dryers, and water heaters hooked up correctly.
Shelving, cabinet hardware, towel bars, curtain rods — the whole punch list in one visit.
Caulking, weatherproofing, gutter clearing, and getting your home ready for mountain winters.
Interior painting, trim work, and touch-ups that actually match what's already on the wall.
TV mounting & configuration, audio systems, security cameras, smart home devices, and general digital setup.

I got into this in my early 20s when I bought my first house. Most of the rooms had no windows. January in Georgia with no windows is no joke — I stuffed a towel under the bedroom door, boxed myself in with a space heater, and learned real fast how to replace windows.
That was the beginning. Over the years I've fully renovated four houses on my own — plumbing, basic electrical, drywall, doors, flooring, tile, painting, and just about everything in between. Friends and family have been calling me for advice ever since.
By trade I'm an electrical engineer — I earned my degree at Kennesaw State University's Southern Polytechnic School of Engineering and spent five years working as an electronics engineer. In 2020 I joined my wife's online continuing-education business for digital designers as CTO, running operations, automation, front-end development, and the rest of the technical side of the company.
Now I want to put those skills — the engineering background, the hands-on remodeling, the problem-solving — to work for my neighbors. Real, local help with the stuff around your house that's been on the list too long.
I'm local, insured, and straight with you about what I can and can't do. If a job is outside my scope I'll tell you up front.
